Ashford’s roots date back to the early 1970’s when Carlos Todd started as a land developer in the Greater Cincinnati area. Jack Rupp, who has been marketing new homes since 1992, teamed up with Carlos to create Ashford Homes. Together they have over a quarter century of experience building some of Southwest Ohio’s most sought after homes and have developed many desirable communities, with numerous design and marketing awards to their credit.
